We do this in a holistic and culturally in-tune space that provides BIPOC clients the opportunity to unpack and share the experiences that shape them. 

Our focus is to provide a holistic approach to healing. We use traditional therapeutic modalities to address emotions, behaviors, and thoughts. We combine it with focusing on self-care, spirituality, nutrition, community, body movement, and meditation.
